Rick Y. Ho, MD

Dr. Rick Y. Ho has been an influential member of the medical community in Wichita Falls for nearly 40 years. He is a native of Hong Kong, China and finished his excellent medical education at the University of Honk Kong in 1970. After an internship at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Hong Kong as well as a residency at the Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, he completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the New York Medical College in New York City. Dr Ho moved to Wichita Falls in 1978 and was the first board certified gastroenterologist to practice in the region. Since that time Dr Ho has worked in a variety of practice settings, including group practice in the Clinics of North Texas, solo-practice, and then helped establish Wichita Falls Gastroenterology Associates in 2005. He was also instrumental in the development of the Wichita Falls Endoscopy Center. Dr Ho continues to see patients with the goal to provide excellent care for all patients experiencing gastrointestinal, hepatic or biliary disorders.
